I was reluctant buying a USB2 interface, but could not wait until USB 3 matured enough to replace my aging interface. Recorded through various interfaces and recently purchased the Scarlett 18i20 (2nd Gen).
I have recorded professionally and have a home studio, since the late 1970s. I am a musician, songwriter, and produce my own material.
