This firearm was imported between 1980-1989, judging by the 4-digit serial number I believe that this is one of their early imports. 45 ACP RIFLE Description: This is a lightly used with the box IMI/Action Arms Import UZI Model 45 Carbine with the 16' Chrome lined barrel. spare parts used to be cheap and everywhere but are now getting a but more scarce. Uzi's are built like a tank and usually keep on running forever.
As to what brand Uzi, I would not pay more for a converted IMI. The 'Mac' series of guns is going to cost about 1/2 of a RR Uzi.
